Bryan Recap 2024 The Hornets bounced back from last week's disappointing loss with a solid performance versus the Bryan Vikings. The game started fast with both teams scoring two touchdowns each in the first quarter. The Hornets took a 21-14 lead into halftime. The second half was all Hornets, using a solid defense and an explosive offense. The Hornets finished the fourth quarter with an interception for a touchdown. The final score was your Hornets 49 Bryan 24. Again, the offense was solid rushing the football. The Hornets 40 rush attempts for 321 yards with Zarian Adolphe leading the way with 116 yards and two touchdowns. The passing game was 8 of 16 for 157 yards and 1 touchdown. The defense settled down after the first quarter and only allowed 10 points in the final three quarters. The defensive line gave Bryan problems all night. The defense was led by LB Mu'Koryc Norman. He had 9 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 interception that he returned for a touchdown. The Hornets hit the road this week as they travel to Leander to face Cedar Park High School.
