2023-2024 Eligibility

UIL participants are eligible to participate in contests during the first six weeks of the year provided they have earned the proper credits, are clear of the 15-day move in rule, and meet the standards set by the district.

No Pass, No Play –  Eligibility after the first six weeks of the school year:

• 70 or below in any class at the end of any grading period or a student with disabilities who fails to meet the standards in the IEP may not participate in UIL activities for three school weeks.  You may practice during this time.  The student regains eligibility after the seven calendar day waiting period has ended following a grading period or the three school week evaluation period.
