JJ Duke struck out 13 batters as the Lady Hornets secured the 7-0 victory over Shepherd on Tuesday night.

Huntsville scored six runs in the fifth inning lead at the plate by Riley Hammond, Chloe Sanders, Kali Klawinsky & Khloe Klawinsky. Khloe Klawinsky led the Huntsville at the plate, going 2-4 on the day with 2 RBIs. Hammond also collected 2 RBIs while Sanders, & Jaz Enriquez each collected 1 RBI on the day.

Huntsville begins their first tournament of the season this Thursday as they travel to the Katy ISD tournament.
