Our Lady Hornets AND Coaches took on a HYROX-inspired workout during summer strength and conditioning, challenging themselves both physically and mentally. HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines functional strength exercises with endurance running, testing athletes' power, stamina, and determination. We're proud of the effort, grit, and teamwork our athletes continue to show as they prepare for the upcoming season!
