The Lady Hornets earned a hard-fought road victory, defeating Brenham 53–47 in a physical and intense match-up. With the score tied 46–46 and under two minutes remaining, Huntsville showed poise and toughness, closing the game strong on both ends of the floor.

Aariyah Willis led the offense with 18 points, while Oniyah Ledet added 14 points. Defense proved to be the difference, as Alyvionia Winn was relentless in passing lanes with 6 steals, and Kaylinn Carroll added 5 steals to spark the Lady Hornets' defensive pressure. The Lady Hornets’ ability to stay composed and locked in helped them overcome adversity and close out the win.
